Prime Line Auto Parts LLC does not require a core return or charge a core deposit for our engines. The price displayed for the product is the purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes or shipping-related charges for residential deliveries.

We strongly recommend providing your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) before placing an order.
Our team can review your VIN, vehicle year, make, model, and engine specifications to help identify compatible replacement engines whenever possible.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE standard freight shipping to eligible commercial business addresses within the continental United States.
Residential deliveries are available and are subject to a $150 residential liftgate service fee. Additional carrier charges may apply for remote or limited-access locations.
7. How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Transit times vary depending on the destination and freight carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
8. What warranty do you provide?
Eligible engines include our Standard 6-Month Limited Warranty.
Customers may also have the option to purchase extended warranty plans at the time of purchase.

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved non-defective returns may be subject to:
- Return shipping charges
- Original shipping charges (non-refundable)

All returns require prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval.
10. Can I return an engine without contacting you first?
No.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
